| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of the Board Meeting of R.C. Uptown held on 02/12/2022, at Rtn. Deepa Dadhe’s residence at 7 p.m. onwards. The following members were present. 1.Rtn. Renu Bharadwaj, President. 2.Rtn. Pradip Kulkarni, Secretary. 3.Rtn. Smita Bhide, Treasurer. 4.Rtn. Santosh Moghe. 5.Rtn. Jayshree Panjikar 6. Rtn. Deepa Dadhe. 7.Rtn. Anjali Deshmukh. 8. Rtn. Popatrao Chavan. Rtn. Dr. Renu Bharadwaj, President was the Chairperson of the meeting. Interact Club: After discussion, it was decided to start Interact Club at Modern School, off J.M.Road. During same discussion it was also decided to adopt Anganwadi at Adhle. It was decided to assess their priorities and do things step by step to make it ideal one. It was decided that Rtn. Anjali & Rtn. Jayshree will visit there very soon. Awards of the Club. 1.It was decided to give Chirag Award to Mr. Harishchandra Sude. 2.For Vocational excellence awards, as suggested by the President Proprietor of Ganesh Bhel and/or Proprietor of Mayur Shoes were The names under consideration. 3.For Ideal Teacher award, it was decided to hold the name of the awardee As honorary member of the Club, Mr. Laxmikant Deshmukh, may suggest name in few days . Defaulter of The membership dues. It was brought to the notice of the Board that the following members have not paid their dues yet. 1.Mr. Baravkar. 2.Mr Rajwade. 3.Mrs. Bharti Bhondve. 4.Mr.Mr. Lokhande. 5.Smt. Borde. 6.Mr. Nilesh Jagtap. 7. Smt. Manali Inamdar. 8. Smt. Aditi Vaidya. It was decided to try to collect their fees and after talk with them to decide to remove their names or not by 15th of December. It was also informed to the members present that Rtn. Prashant Devtraraj,who has paid Half yearly dues, will not remain member from January 23 onwards. MULKHED CSR PROJECT. Rtn. Popatrao told the members present that there was mail from the Kaiser India that since its German Company and their year closes on December they have asked to finish the work of Bio Gas project by December last week. As stated by Rtn. Popatrao by tomorrow 60 Bio Gas units installations will be over. There was meeting with Gramsevaks of Mulkhed village at Rtn. Prashant Deshmukh’s office, where it was decided that Grampanchayat will do work of Excavation required for Bio Gas unit very fast. If it does it in next 10 days Remaining 40 units will be installed. It was suggested by the President that to paint the number serially from 1 to 100 on the Bio Gas units installed. It was accepted by all. Further for work done it was decided that Rtn. Popatrao and Rtn. Santosh will Visit Mulkhed village and will inspect all sixty units already installed and will report to the Board by 10th Of December 2022. Also it was decided for remaining work of Vehicle and Sanitary napkins Take decisions after Bio Gas work is over. OTHER SUBJECTS. The following decisions were taken. 1.To withdraw Club’s F.D.with Cosmos Bank and deposit in Club Bank of India Account In this month. 2.To apply to withdraw of Trust’s Rupee bank F.D. BY 5TH Of December 2022. 3.Rtn. Anjali Deshmukh to update Bye laws of the Club in the month. 4.Treasurer to give Receipts & Payments account of the Club and Trust for the Last six months in next BOD which will be held at Rtn. Anjali Deshmukh’s residence. Rtn Popatrao proposed the Vote of Thanks and meeting was concluded by giving thanks to the Chair. |
